Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Growth and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. The Free plan lets you try Sagaloop AI with 30 replies per day at no cost, forever. No credit card required.

How are replies counted?

Each message the AI sends to a customer in the chat widget counts as one reply. Expert Advice email deliveries are not counted against the reply limit. Dashboard browsing and configuration never count.

What happens if I exceed my daily limit?

On Growth and Pro plans, overage is billed at $10.00 per 200 additional replies. You'll receive a notification as you approach your limit and can upgrade at any time.

Which plans include the Expert Advice / eCare System?

The Expert Advice System (intake forms, AI drafts, human review, email delivery) is included in Pro and Enterprise. Enterprise adds advanced multi-step workflows, custom scoring, and AI Training Control.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time to cancel your subscription — no penalties, no lock-in.
